• By You: If you cancel more than 7 days before the programme start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the programme start.
• By Us: We reserve the right to cancel programmes if minimum numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, times, or locations. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
